Supplier Terms

Artisan Industries, Inc. is an ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified company. These international standards require us to implement certain minimum terms with our suppliers. As an Artisan Industries supplier, the following is required.

All records pertaining to transactions between your company and Artisan must be kept for a minimum of ten (10) years.

Artisan Industries has the responsibility to ensure that the quality of goods received from you, meets our customers’ defined requirements. As such, Artisan Industries, Inc. reserves the right to visit your facility to determine and verify the quality of work on materials intended to be delivered to us. Such visits will only be performed after prior notification to your company and would occur on a mutually agreed upon time and date. Right of entry shall also extend to our customers as well as other regulatory authorities.

We also request immediate notification if a product nonconformity is detected after shipment to our facility. If this occurs, you agree to work with us in determining its proper disposition. In addition we request notification of any material changes in the product supplied and/or the processes related to its production. This also includes changes in suppliers and changes in facility location(s). A certificate of conformance must be supplied when requested. These requirements shall flow down to the supply chain including applicable requirements from the customer.
